Newsletter May 2009

Since our last newsletter there has been an world economic meltdown, the
first black American president and South Africa has a new government.

Well how does Harlequin paints compete with that?

We have been hard at work stamping our environmental footprint. We were recently master of ceremonies at the new Eco specifier launch. This is a company who will monitor and assess companies who wish to be listed for use in green star buildings.

A first for South Africa.

Our permanent stand is up and running at the Building Centre’s Eco Exhibit in Rondebosch. This has proved to be very beneficial especially to customers who do not wish to travel to our factory in Paarden Eiland.

If your browsing our website wwwharlequinpaint.com have a look at our new wooden floor laquer and furniture varnish. It is now available in a suede finish, something a lot of our customers have been asking for.

At the beginning of May we took part in the Deco and Food expo at Constantia Village shopping centre. This helped promote our Solvent free paint range which is now available at Constantia Hardware along with all the familiar products you know and love. Our classic colours and tint bases are sold in 1 litre, 5 litre and 20 litre sizes also 500ml sample pot.

For the architects, builders and contractors we now have all our data sheets available on disc. Just give Joy a call on 021 510 7252 or email us at info@harlequin.co.za for your free copy.
