Harlequin's Waterbased Plaster Primer is an adhesion promoted primer.

No dilution is necessary. It will bond onto most raw, plastered surfaces (try a test patch first). Harlequin's Plaster Primer has excellent alkali resistant properties and will give you the ideal surface preparation for the application of any of Harlequin's paint range.
