A tough semi gloss coating for raw or painted concrete floors

Harlequin's Cement Floor Lacquer is a waterbased acrylic designed to apply to raw cement floors or cement floors with waterbased artwork or paint techniques. It has a durable finish and is suitable for all heavy and light domestic applications. The Cement Floor Lacquer is designed to harden over a period of 7 – 10 days, after this time the floor will be at its maximum hardness. It is non yellowing, low odour and easy to apply.
